Professor Thomas Ndubizu. (Chairman)
He is a retired professor of Agriculture and specialized in Plant Pathology, Horticulture, and Pomology. He served for six years as Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration) at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and later Acting Vice Chancellor of the same institution. From there, Professor Ndubizu was appointed as the first Vice Chancellor of Imo State University, Owerri, were he served out two terms of four years each. He has served on several academic and government boards, commissions and advisory committees. Professor Ndubizu also serves on the board of directors of several Nigerian companies and was awarded Officer of the order of the Niger, OON by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Osak Uwubanmwen is a Nigerian and Canadian based Pharmacist with over 20 years’ experience in practice. He is a member of the Alberta college of Pharmacists in Canada, the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN),and registered by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN). Osak served as Product Manager and Marketing Manager for Janssen- Cilag in Nigeria. He has a passion for psychiatry as he was the first to introduce to Nigeria, the first atypical antipsychotic, Risperdal (Risperidone) in 1999. In 2006 Osak won the Federation of International Pharmacists Young Pharmacist of the year Award.
Pharm. Osaretin Asowata ( Superintendent Pharmacist/ Marketing &Sales Manager)
Osaretin Asowata graduated as a pharmacist from the University of Benin in 2002, where he was the best graduating student in the department of Clinical Pharmacy and a Federal Government scholarship winner in 2001. He was Medical Representative for Mega Healthcare Nigeria Ltd. (Now Mega Life sciences) and later joined Pfizer Global Pharmaceuticals as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in 2005 and rose to the position of Product Manager in 2009, a position he held till he joined Biogenerics. He also holds an MBA degree in Management from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology. Osaretin is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) and registered by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
Mr Sodeinde Oladimeji, ACA. Head, Internal Control.
Prior to joining Biogenerics, Mr Sodeinde, has audit experiences spanning over seven years across organizations including: SaroAfrica International Ltd (2013-2014), DN Meyer PLC (2012-1013), Punch Newspapers Nigeria Ltd (2010 – 2012) and De Tastee Fried Chicken (2006 -2010) amongst others.
Mr Sodeinde is a Chartered Accountant and holds B.Sc degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance.
He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Risk Managers Association of Nigeria amongst others.
